Small changes are so much easier to handle, and they end up having a much more significant affect on our Mind, Body & Soul.  My journey started over a decade ago when I began gaining weight quicker than I could have ever imagined.  I was working out.  I was watching my calories.  I decided to join a gym.  I was so intimidated!  I met with a trainer who showed me how to use the machines.  I sheepishly found group exercise.  I explored each program in the gym, finally stumbling upon a nutrition program.  My journey took off from there!
