Hi! I'm Cindy Murphy

I am a “numbers nerd” by day and health enthusiast ALWAYS!  I am a fitness instructor/small group trainer rooted in the belief that reality is paramount.  I began coaching my clients on realistic workout plans, eating habits, etc., ultimately beginning my blog on all things leading to a healthy lifestyle.

As a busy professional, I pride myself on my knack for organization and efficiency.  Nothing makes my “OCD” piroutte like a good plan!  My professional life runs through many industries, but I settled on leading businesses within a business.  Still searching for my balance, I decided to share my plans with family and friends.  It is this circle that made me believe in myself and put my plans on a blog; or as we used to say, “put pen to paper”!

I have been teaching fitness since 2007, going from a part-time instructor to a full-time instructor to a regional group exercise manager and back to my passion teaching part-time.  Currently, I teach 2 hours of Spinning each week and small group train 2-3 times a month.

It is my hope to add some content as a resource, here on my blog, followed by in person and online training in the 3 areas the 326Lifestyle affects: Mind, Body and Soul.
